About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Government Office Assistant to support our department in Birmingham City Centre. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in financial data inputting, bank reconciliation, and general administration.
Responsibilities
Manage financial data inputting and bank reconciliation tasks
Assist with general correspondence, including letters, emails, texts, and telephone calls
Develop and maintain effective communication and telephone skills
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong understanding of financial data inputting and bank reconciliation processes
