About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Advisor to join our team in the Small Business and Manufacturing Policy Team. As a Senior Policy Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement policy initiatives that support small businesses and the manufacturing sector in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

">
Developing and implementing policy initiatives that support the growth of small businesses and the manufacturing sector.
">
Providing policy advice to senior leaders on issues related to small businesses and the manufacturing sector.
">
Working closely with other policy teams to ensure alignment and coordination of policy initiatives.
">

Requirements:

">
A good base of experience in public policy as a Senior Policy Advisor or transferrable skills from an advisory, regulatory, legal or similar role.
">
A logical thinker, problem solver, and have a healthy level of curiosity.
">
Knowledge of policy development disciplines and processes.
">
The ability to build relationships with others and work collaboratively.
">
The ability to work through ambiguity and deliver results.
