What you will be doing… Partner with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in this pivotal position. From managing critical relationships with senior stakeholders to overseeing a variety of special projects, you’ll play a central role in driving the Foundation’s growth and success.
Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and senior ministerial staff.
Draft clear, concise correspondence and briefs to align with organisational goals.
Coordinate government engagements and collaborate with marketing to align messaging across platforms.
Executive Support:
Provide high-level diary management and coordinate complex schedules.
Anticipate the CGO’s needs and ensure meeting readiness with prepared documents and briefs.
Research, draft, and proof correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records, goal trackers, and dashboards.
Special Projects & Events:
Support the facilitation of team-building workshops and volunteer committees.
Assist with event planning, from scheduling to onsite support.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Experience: 3-5 years 'experience in a similar position, with extensive diary management expertise.
Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Attributes: A proactive mindset, professionalism, and the utmost discretion.
Bonus: A tertiary qualification, though not essential.
