Job Summary:
The Deputy Director General is a key leadership role within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. The role requires a strong leader who can drive the delivery of Government policy initiatives and provide strategic advice on complex whole of government matters. This includes the energy transition, decarbonisation, environmental approvals, major infrastructure projects, and the economy.

What You Will Achieve:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Western Australian community and develop your leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading the Infrastructure, Economy and Environment Division and driving the delivery of Government policy initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders and engage with senior representatives across Government, industry bodies, and other stakeholder groups
