Responsibilities
8am - 5pm
This role will execute a wide range of creative needs for both brand-wide initiatives and business unit-specific content
Strong communication and collaborative skills are crucial to understanding and supporting marketing requests from our various business units and internal clients
Create and execute design concepts while maintaining brand style guidelines
Handle several projects concurrently to make sure creative work looks great, and is thoughtful, accurate and delivered on-time and on-brand
Efficiently turn around revisions and production-ready files
Lead creative directions/solutions when approached with a challenge
Build and maintain working relationships with counterparts and clients
Lead by example and support team members to cultivate professional growth throughout the entire team
Maintain electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images
Conceptualize and design high-quality print, display, digital and video work that aligns with business goals
Work closely with Marketing Director and other members of the marketing team in the development of a design from start to finish
Create press-ready mechanicals, web-ready digital files; maintain quality control regarding file preparation
Serve as point of contact for external vendors such as agencies, photographers and printers on projects managed by in-house creative
Administrative
Maintain assets and electronic source files in digital asset library
Maintain project organization including keeping accurate project notes and records

How You'll Perform The Role

What We Need From You
