Our comprehensive programme features a hybrid training model, combining immersive, hands-on training with face-to-face sessions at our Oxford office. Over the course of three months, you will gain proficiency in cutting-edge data tools and programming languages. You can choose to specialise in:
• SAS: Learn the powerful statistical software suite widely used for advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data management. In this stream, you will also learn Python, and R equipping you with the skills necessary for complex data engineering and analysis.

• Microsoft Technologies: Gain skills in Azure Data Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineering, Power BI, and Python. These tools are pivotal in data management, analytics, and visualisation, enhancing your employability across industries.
• Both pathways will enhance your business acumen through engaging case studies and professional development workshops.

Following your training, you’ll embark on a nine-month placement with one of our prestigious UK-based clients, working on high-impact projects that will significantly elevate your career prospects. Join our successful alumni network—over +5% of graduates secure permanent roles upon completion!

Who We're Looking For

If you're a passionate, driven STEM graduate with:
• A minimum BSc (Hons) degree in a numeric or scientific discipline
• A desire for a well-paid, long-term career in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science
• Motivation to learn new technologies, whether Microsoft or SAS
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous coding experience
