Roles & Responsibilities

Define scope with customer and aim the customer towards priorities based on project goals and usability;
Make (low-fi) initial wireframes on paper to gather feedback without losing time in details;
Gather feedback from customer and improve on designs to hi-fi;
Make creative visual design in Photoshop/illustrator (or other visual program);
Be able to systematically describe/document design practices in a style guide;
Make functional (clickable) prototype documentation/specification to describe functional interaction aspect, this functions as a sign-off document to customer and specification document to developers;
Self-motivated, research and find solutions without hand holding;
Communicative and not afraid to speak to new people, groups of people, lead a design session with 10+ business stakeholders/executives;
Has experience with user testing;
Understand user journey and personas;
Measure results of their work (productivity improvement of agents, improvement in sales for customers, etc.);
Can feel ownership for the product and functions as the Product Designer in some projects (handling all aspects for design of the product).
Works closely together with e-Commerce Account Support, online marketing & Digital Strategy.
Job Requirements

Expert knowledge of AXURE prototyper tool;
Eexpert in documenting system-user interaction with story-telling, user journeys and use-cases;
Expert in creative visual design (web, print, mobile) and being able to express this with programs like Adobe tools (or any other);
Understanding of what a front-end developer needs in order to build that design (web front development, icon sprites generation, documenting color codes, margins, blocks);
Universtiy (WO) level understanding of user psychology;
Have a vision of how to make applications feel naturally and being able adjust the vision to the context (purpose of project, user profile, timelines);
Has a portfolio displaying a track record of many designs.
