Job Title: Graphic Design Intern

Job Description:

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in the field of graphic design. While this is a internship, it offers valuable learning and networking opportunities in a professional environment. You will work closely with the graphic design team and contribute to various design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the graphic design team in creating visual assets for various projects, including but not limited to: logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website designs.

2. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Generate innovative ideas and concepts for design projects.

4. Execute design tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

5. Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs.

6. Prepare design files for print and web, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

7. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance design concepts.

8. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.

10. Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a graphic design or related program, or recent graduate looking for practical experience.

2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

4. Basic knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

6. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹1.00 per month

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
