The Graphic Designer is an established performer with strong communication skills who produces consistent work across mediums and seeks to understand client/customers needs and motivations. They are a high-level performer with the ability to lead and own projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

Works closely with the Creative Director and senior designer to execute the company’s creative vision across all marketing channels including digital, print, web, brand, video and events.
Works independently under tight deadlines while managing budget expectations of the task at hand.
Collaborates with all teams across the agency to develop cohesive marketing strategies for our clients and internally.
Works to constantly refine and learn new skill sets as new tools and creative processes are introduced into the marketing industry.
Prepares files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Participates in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative design ideas.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications & Skills

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Internship or freelance experience in graphic design is an asset but not required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a bonus.
Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it to your work.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative projects (schoolwork, personal projects, or client work).
