Required Skills:
• Creativity: is one of, if not the most important skill for a graphic designer. After all, it’s hard to come up with new ideas and innovative designs if you don’t know how to tap into your creative resources.
• Typography: The ability to make written language not only legible but also visually appealing.
• Tools: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and AfterEffects.
• Interactive Media: design products that actively engage a user through mediums like text, moving image, animation, video, audio.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project.
• Determine the message, the design should portray.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plan concept by studying information and materials.
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
