Work Role of a Graphic Designer:
Study design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsIllustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Communicating with clients about layout and design.Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by handUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designAmend designs after feedbackReviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Graphic Designer Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Software Skills:
CoreldrawPhotoshopAdobe Premiere Pro
