Graphic Designer

What is expected from the role:
- Hold a position of responsibility and work towards design and branding activities
- Create and design various collaterals for print, digital and on-ground
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Experience with multiple softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the conceptualisation of projects and create execution plans for projects, seeing them through to completion
- Ensure the design team is producing quality work
- Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations
- Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project
- Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand and product
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer or leadership related role
- A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
- Expert with design software and editing tools
- Good command over design techniques and visual elements
- Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
