Work closely with the curriculum designing team to design materials for our education piece.
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with curriculum designers to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Required Competencies:
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Curiosity to learn and explore concepts outside your domain of expertise
Required Knowledge:
A diverse portfolio and proven graphic designing experience - minimum 2 to 4 years
Strong design software skills and a thorough understanding of Adobe creative suite especially Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Familiarity with other design software and technologies such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Corel DRAW
