Roles and Responsibilities
Develop Captivating Designs
• Produce creative design solutions while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Create assets from concept to completion by following applicable brand standards and guidelines.
• Work with the team to develop a responsive website and provide assets for content created for product and business requirements.
• Assist with visual marketing materials such as a logo, website, banner ads, video ads, email content, infographics, key visuals, etc.
• Have a knack for creating information designs.
Plan and Manage Design Tasks
• Lead, develop and execute graphic design projects communicating the company's products and services.
• Manage the design tasks at the Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of each design task.
Leadership
• Inspire, motivate, and lead designers to deliver the best designs, adhering to the guidelines and working together to upskill and grow in the organization.
• Think and work as a system through inter and intra-department collaborations.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
• An ideal candidate would be someone with an educational background like Bachelors of Fine Arts or Bachelors in Design or Masters in Design.
• Hands-on experience in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW etc.
• Experience working on B2B assets like case studies, white papers, e book and infographics.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital graphic design.
• You have demonstrated success as a team leader and in designing assets for B2B.
• An experience in motion graphics design will give you an added advantage.
