Position Summary
We are hiring a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support the visual identity of International Business University (IBU) and Vega Academic Services Inc. This role involves developing presentation slides, course visuals, and branded digital assets to enhance IBU’s communications. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the core Marketing team and other departments to produce high-quality visuals that align with the university’s brand identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and print materials.
Develop engaging presentation slides, course visuals, and other instructional materials.
Ensure all designs align with IBU’s brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content.
Create motion graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to support storytelling.
Optimize graphics for different platforms to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation.
Assist in the development of UI/UX elements for digital applications.
Stay up to date with design trends, typography, and digital media best practices.
Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and future use.
Other related duties as required.
The successful candidate will have the following essential qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, with specialization and/or certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum 5 years graphic design experience.
Expert knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint design is essential.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design under tight deadlines and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
Ability to create and manage design systems to ensure brand consistency and streamline design processes.
Experience designing for educational institutions or corporate learning environments is a strong asset.
Experience designing for various platforms, including print, web, and social media.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an asset.
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
