Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media.

Assist in the development and execution of designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website graphics.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for various design projects.

Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign) to design and edit graphics.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.

Help maintain and organize a digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of design resources.

Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and deliver cutting-edge visual solutions.

Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, supporting different teams within the organization.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a strong understanding of design principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically and conceptually.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Basic knowledge of design for web and social media platforms is a plus.

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes to improve design work.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics is an advantage but not mandatory.

Duration and Compensation:
