Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketplaces team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata 1MG. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling images, A+ content, 2-D videos, and brand store pages that captivate and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visual Content Development:
• Design and create high-quality images, A+ content, and 2-D videos tailored for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata 1MG.
• Develop and maintain engaging and visually appealing brand store pages.
• Platform-Specific Design:
• Ensure all designs adhere to the guidelines and specifications of each e-commerce platform.
• Optimize visual content for maximum impact and engagement on each platform.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and category teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that support business goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and receive feedback.
• Design & Editing:
• Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts.
• Prepare final files for upload to e-commerce platforms.
• Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies specific to e-commerce.
• Adapt designs to incorporate new trends while maintaining brand consistency.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design assets and project files for easy access and future reference.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
• Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, including work for e-commerce platforms.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software for creating 2-D videos.
• Familiarity with the design requirements of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata 1MG.
• Strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
