Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs and compelling videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior designers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Produce and edit engaging videos for promotional and informational purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and video elements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools.
