Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven skills in video editing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an IT or Digital Marketing Agency and a strong command of Adobe Reader and Adobe Premiere Pro. This role will involve creating visually appealing graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our brand and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for various digital platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project scope, design needs, and deliver creative solutions.
• Content Creation: Develop graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs and videos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Reader and Adobe Premiere Pro are essential.
• Graphic Design: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Video Editing: Ability to edit videos to produce a professional and polished final product.
• Creative Thinking: Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in an IT or Digital Marketing Agency.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design and video content requirements.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
