Aston Gate Real Estate is a boutique property advisory firm originally founded in Canada and now rapidly expanding in Dubai. We specialize in luxury, off-plan, and investment properties — and we’re building a lean, world-class marketing infrastructure to drive our international growth.

We’re hiring a Creative Content & Media Designer to help us bring our brand to life across platforms. This role is ideal for a highly visual, organized, and trend-savvy designer with experience in short-form video and modern real estate aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Meta and Google ad creatives (carousel, vertical, square)
Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Build high-converting WhatsApp carousels and flipbook assets
Design email headers, landing page graphics, thumbnails, and brochures
Format property launch PDFs and branded project presentations
Collaborate with the content strategist and leadership on campaign ideas
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in design for digital marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (must)
Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
A strong design portfolio (real estate or lifestyle branding preferred)
Organized, responsive, and able to meet fast-paced deadlines
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with real estate design formats
Basic animation or motion graphics
Prior experience with remote global teams
