Role and Responsibilities:
- Gathering information and structural requirements.
- Using computer software such as Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop to produce 2D drawings and other software’s for 3D rendering & models.(Building Floor plans or property floor plans specifically )
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Articulates ideas and brings forth new design/development solutions to the team.
- Has good work experience in design, color theory and current market trends.
- Ensures work products are delivered on-schedule and comply with best practices and standards.
- Fulfills multiple project requests, working independently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
- Hands on experience in Adobe Illustrator/ Corel draw.
- Creative - an eye for good design.
- Experience in 3D will be an added advantage
