Full job description
Design and Layout : brochures, websites, and other media using desktop publishing software.
Image Manipulation:Editing and enhancing images, including cropping, resizing, color correction, and retouching.
Text Formatting:Adjusting text properties like font size, column width, and spacing to ensure readability and visual appeal.
Integration of Elements:Combining text, images, and other graphic elements into a cohesive and visually engaging design.
File Preparation:Preparing files for print or digital publishing, ensuring proper formatting and resolution.
Collaboration:Working with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and project deadlines.
Quality Control:Proofreading and reviewing materials for errors in formatting, typography, and content.
Software Proficiency:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant DTP software.
Knowledge of Design Principles:Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and other design principles.
Skills Required:

Graphic Design Skills: Creativity, visual communication, and a strong understanding of design principles.
DTP Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard DTP software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot software issues, manage files, and prepare files for different output formats.
Attention to Detail :Ability to identify and correct errors in formatting, typography, and content.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate design ideas clearly. T
