About this awesome role!...

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team ASAP!. The Graphic Designer is a key member of our sales team and works collaboratively to deliver creative proposals for our customers on a wide range of corporate events including conferences, incentives, product launches, kickoffs, gala dinners and virtual events + more! They also work alongside our Digital Media and Production teams to create custom event and marketing content.

As a Graphic Designer you are someone that is passionate about combining creativity and brand. You are an Adobe whiz and a bit of a gun when it comes to both Canva and Powerpoint. You have exceptional attention to detail, creative flair and interpersonal skills, and are very customer focussed.



Most of all you love working as part of a fun and dynamic team.



You do need to hit the ground running though, so you would need to have a minimum of two-year’s experience working in a similar role with a key focus around creating amazing proposals.

Overview of role



The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Business Development team, playing a key role in driving our continued growth through visually compelling storytelling and innovative design. You’ll be responsible for shaping the visual identity of event proposals, marketing materials, and corporate communications, ensuring every touchpoint is engaging, impactful, and aligned with our brand.



A key focus will be supporting new business opportunities, elevating how we communicate ideas, craft proposals, and showcase Veritas Events’ expertise. Your work will directly contribute to securing new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones, you are an essential part of our creative and strategic success.



Experience



The Graphic Designer has a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role – experience within the events industry is not strictly required but is preferred.



Work Activities



Key tasks include:



Design Compelling Event Proposals

Craft highly engaging decks bringing our creative concepts to life. Your work will communicate our vision, making proposals not just informative but immersive and inspiring.



Collaborate in Briefing and Ideation Sessions

Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives, audience expectations, and creative direction. You'll contribute ideas, take notes, and translate discussions into effective design concepts. We want to hear your ideas!



Research and Concept Development

Conduct in-depth research on design trends, creative event experiences, styling, and event aesthetics to create innovative and visually engaging proposals.



Track and Log Work

Maintain accurate records of time spent on projects via timesheets to help improve workflow efficiency and project planning.





Contribute to Team Culture

Actively participate in internal Veritas staff meetings and social events to foster collaboration, innovation, and a strong team dynamic.
