The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and shape the visual language of our brands across digital and print platforms. This role offers the rare opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, branding, and e-commerce—translating design concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with style-conscious audiences.
Position: Graphic Designer
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Start Date: Immediate joining preferred
What You'll Do Brand & Creative Design
Design captivating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and paid advertising campaigns
Develop visually stunning lookbooks, catalogs, promotional materials, and brand collateral
Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints
Create innovative concepts that elevate brand perception and drive engagement
E-Commerce & Digital Assets
Design product presentation layouts, launch creatives, and campaign banners for online platforms
Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to optimize visual merchandising and enhance user experience
Develop website graphics that convert browsers into buyers
Apply UI/UX design principles to improve digital touchpoints and customer journey
Create intuitive, user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile platforms
Visual Storytelling & Video Content
Partner with photographers and videographers to conceptualize and execute compelling product shoots
Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, including reels, stories, and promotional videos
Design layouts for multi-platform storytelling campaigns
Create motion graphics and animated content that brings static designs to life
Transform product features into visual stories that connect emotionally with our audience
Collaborative Execution
Work seamlessly with Marketing to bring campaign calendars to life
Partner with the Design team to visually represent new collections with authenticity
Coordinate with external creative agencies and content partners when needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (fashion/lifestyle industry highly preferred)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and/or CorelDRAW
Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design approach
Strong command of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Deep understanding of social media formats, platform-specific design requirements, and digital best practices
Proven ability to maintain brand consistency while introducing creative innovation
Key Attributes

Fashion-forward sensibility and understanding of consumer psychology
Adaptability to work across static and motion design mediums
Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and emotional engagement

Experience with motion graphics and animation
Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Understanding of video optimization for different social media platforms
Familiarity with current digital trends and viral content formats
Portfolio Requirement
Must demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing:
Brand design and social media content
E-commerce assets or fashion/lifestyle projects
Video editing samples (reels, promotional videos, or motion graphics)
UI/UX design work or digital interface projects (if available)
