Job description
1. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
2. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
3. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
5. Perform retouching and manipulation of images
6. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, or related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
3. Knowledge of graphic design softwares namely, Adobe PhotoShop, Coreldraw and Illustrator is mandatory
4. Bengali & Hindi Typing through Relevant Softwares mandatory
5. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
6. Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
7. Excellent eye for detail
