Graphic Designer (On-Site)

We're looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling visual narratives and designs that will be used across various platforms. If you have a passion for design and a strong portfolio to back it up, we want to hear from you!

Location: On-Site

Responsibilities:
• Develop and design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and branding assets.
• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions based on project requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design needs and contribute to the overall creative strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your best design work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
• This is an on-site role, and the candidate must be able to work from our office.

Additional Valued Skills (Bonus):
• Photography & Videography:
• Experience capturing high-quality images/videos.
• Ability to conduct location scouting and planning for photo/video shoots.
• Understanding of lighting, camera angles, and movement for video productions.
• Post-Production:
• Experience editing engaging video content (e.g., using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Ability to enhance visual aesthetics through color grading and sound design.
