Our Opportunity
Joining our Marketing team and based in our Cremorne Head Office, our Graphic Designer is responsible for coordinating the production and design of advertising for print and digital media.
You will partner with key internal stakeholders and agencies, complete various internal design projects and provide input into all internally produced graphics/documents to ensure they represent the Sussan brand.
You will have a solid understanding of graphic design in the retail space and be able to hit the ground running utilising your experience across campaign production and design and the creative execution of all digital assets.
Your love of fashion coupled with a hands-on approach will support your success in this role and provide you with exciting growth and development.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working on all in-house creative across both print and digital assets
Actioning branding requests including packaging, labelling, brochures and online content
Assisting the Marketing Manager on production of campaigns
Working on pre and post production campaign shoots including retouching and colour management
Executing all digital creative and assets for owned & paid digital marketing channels
Leading all graphic creative
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A relevant Graphic Design qualification or similar
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
Advanced experience with Design programmes – Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office package
Experience designing eDMs, digital layouts and website assets
Ability to manage high volume workflow and manage team briefing timelines
An understanding and previous exposure of graphic design within a retail environment is ideal
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with others.
