About the role-

Uplers is looking for Sr. Graphic Designers who are passionate about design, want to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and deliver excellent quality graphic solutions (both print and digital) to leading companies across multiple industry sectors. Expert, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly competitive environment, Self-starters who can identify opportunities and potential problems – and address them effectively and efficiently, Excellent communicators with strong organizational, and time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-

- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create promotional and advertising materials in the form of email campaigns, landing pages, websites, presentations, documents, print assets and near ads.

- Create illustrations based on given branding guidelines and provided concept sketches to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.

- Design presentation materials for communicating to peers and varying levels of stakeholders from cross-functional partners to executive leadership.

- Create engaging infographics and information visualizations that clearly convey concepts and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data.

- Produce, render and oversee printing tasks, assets and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the designs.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative goals.

- Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production-ready assets, and guidelines for usage).

- Take design from concept through execution, project managing the work, ensure timely delivery while aligning the stakeholders.

- Maintaining the brand's consistency across all the digital designs and printed materials.

- QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery

- Drive innovation through new workflows, technology, design trends

- Creation of print ready assets based on international print guidelines and standards.

- Able to ideate and create thoughtfully aligned logos, typography and branding assets

Good To Have-

- Animating, video editing and 3D skills are a plus, but not essential.

- Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI/UX, and how to leverage social media platforms.
