Graphic Designer

Overview
We’re looking for a talented Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging, high-performing designs across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design:

Work closely with the social media team to create engaging and on-brand content for Instagram, including stories, static posts, and cohesive grid plans.
Act as the visual guardian of the Instagram account, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence.
Paid Media Design:

Design attention-grabbing, high-converting paid social assets optimised for Meta platforms.
Create standout creative that drives performance while maintaining brand identity.
Packaging Design:

Collaborate with the Head of Product Design to develop fresh, innovative packaging concepts.
Prepare artwork for print with a strong understanding of print production, finishes, and keylines.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and packaging work.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
After Effects experience is a bonus.
Understanding of AI-powered image generation tools and creative platforms, with the ability to use them to speed up ideation, explore concepts quickly, and enhance creative workflows while maintaining brand quality and originality.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar role
Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience with Adobe After Effects and video editing software (Desired)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
