About ENGAGE360
ENGAGE360 is a fast-growing marketing, events, and promotions firm based in Jacksonville Beach. Since launching in January 2026, we’ve rapidly built a dynamic team and executed campaigns and experiences that drive results, including raising millions of dollars annually for local nonprofits.
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our full-time team. This role will work closely with both our marketing and events teams, playing a key role in bringing creative ideas to life across digital, print, and live experiences.
What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer at ENGAGE360, you’ll support a wide range of creative needs—from client branding projects, social media campaigns to major fundraising events. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand visuals and digital content, while also partnering with the events team to design everything from signage to video content for our on-site activations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design branded collateral: invitations, flyers, brochures, signage, social content, pitch decks, etc.
Create simple client websites or microsites (primarily using Wix)
Design full interactive websites for clients
Create social media graphics
Supporting full rebranding's of companies
Build marketing proposals and sales materials
Work with the marketing team to manage website updates, email campaigns, and digital design
Support the events team by designing on-site signage, step-and-repeats, backdrops, and vehicle wraps
Occasionally capture and edit short-form video content for events or campaigns
Attend client meetings and brainstorms to understand creative direction and deliver brand-aligned work
Participate in on-site event execution (approx. 15–25 evenings/weekends per year), helping with signage setup, content capture, volunteer training, and ensuring a smooth guest experience
What We’re Looking For
This is a perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to work on high-impact projects that span design, events, and marketing.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field
1.5+ years of professional experience (or strong portfolio if a recent grad)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with Wix or basic web design (HTML/CSS)
Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (for travel to events)
Bonus Skills:
Experience shooting and editing video (Premiere, iMovie, etc.)
Understanding of social media design trends and tools

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
