We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video editing, with a focus on the beauty and personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design High-Quality Visuals: Create static graphics, carousel posts, and motion creatives tailored for digital platforms
• Plan, Shoot, and Edit Videos: Develop short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts) for performance marketing campaigns
• Develop Brand Assets: Create creative assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and voice across Meta, Google, and e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to interpret briefs into visually engaging outputs
Requirements:
• 5+ Years of Experience: Hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong Portfolio: A solid understanding of social media formats, ad performance metrics, and platform-specific best practices
• Ability to Conceptualize Content: Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form content with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
