Key Responsibilities:
For Freshers:
• Design Creation: Aid in crafting superior designs for digital and print media like social media graphics, brochures, and more.
• Software Proficiency: Gain skills in major graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite with the help of seasoned designers.
• Conceptualization: Work collaboratively to brainstorm and implement design strategies that meet our brand goals.
• Image Editing: Support the enhancement and modification of images to achieve optimal quality.
• Basic experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere pro, After Effects, Final Cut).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.
For Experienced Candidates (1-2 Years):
• Design Creation: Take charge of creating compelling designs independently, ensuring adherence to design fundamentals.
• Software Proficiency: Show advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, and work efficiently.
• Conceptualization: Lead in developing creative ideas and mentor newcomers in understanding design concepts.
• Image Editing: Masterfully improve and refine images, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere pro, After Effects, Final Cut).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
For Freshers:
• Preferred degree or diploma in graphic design or related field.
• Enthusiasm for graphic design with a keen interest in learning and advancing in this area.
• Basic familiarity with graphic design tools is beneficial.
For Experienced Candidates:
• Degree or diploma in graphic design or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio demonstrating past design projects is essential.
