Responsibilities:

GRAPHIC DESIGNER:

As a Graphic Designer, you will demonstrate your visionary ability to keep progressing Kiosk Kaffee and the creative process. Beginning with a deep understanding of consumers, you will assist in managing internal creative processes & with your passion and experience, you will support and leverage the company's continual quest to innovate and elevate design.

· Conceptualize and design graphics, GIFs and videos for multiple channels including digital, print and social media

· Study design briefs and determine requirements

· Proficiency in designing innovative and high-impact videos in line with the brand

· Well-versed with various video formats to be able to create a portfolio of videos for the brand

· Skilled editing of videos for YouTube and other social media channels

. Working with the In-House Designers, Social Media Strategists and CopyWriters to establish appropriate creative directions.

. Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns.

· Ability to understand storyline to craft impactful storytelling videos (with logical sequencing)

· Manage multiple projects and revisions while adhering to tight deadlines

· Collaborate with the internal teams on projects deadline

Software Required: PhotoShop, Illustrator, VN, Vector, Premier Pro, After Effect.

Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital media platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with our web development and marketing teams to ensure that design concepts align with project goals and client expectations
• Develop brand identities and design brand materials such as logos, business cards, and marketing collateral
• Produce high-quality visual content such as infographics, illustrations, and animations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and make recommendations for how our company can stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills
• Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

WEB DESIGNER:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Web Designer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional web design solutions to our clients.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their business goals and target audience and develop customized web design solutions that meet their needs
• Design and develop high-quality, responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly
• Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for web design projects
• Ensure that all web design projects meet our clients' branding guidelines, style guides, and other requirements
• Work collaboratively with other members of our team, including developers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure that web design projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design and make recommendations for how our company can stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other design software
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles

WEB DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:
• Develop custom websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
• Work with our design team to ensure that website designs are accurately implemented and meet client expectations
• Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that web projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Test and debug web applications to ensure that they are error-free and meet our quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and make recommendations for how our company can stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in web development, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
• Proficiency in PHP, Wordpress, Dotnet, ( Laravel + Angular )
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase client visibility and drive online conversions
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and create content to rank for those keywords
• Create and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Analyze website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for how our company can stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience with SEO/SEM and keyword research and analysis
• Experience with paid search advertising and social media advertising
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

BUSINESS EVENT MANAGER SPECIALIST & PR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute successful business events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches
• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness and promote company events
• Manage media relations and collaborate with journalists to secure media coverage for company events
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and project plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with key event vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in event management and PR, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with event planning software and tools
• Familiarity with media relations and public relations strategies
