Position Name: - Backend Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all documentation work during inspections is managed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have expertise in editing documents and experience working with graphic design software such as CorelDRAW , Photoshop, and Illustrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and format documents as required during inspections, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

2. Utilize graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and modify images, diagrams, and other visual elements for documentation purposes.

3. Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.

4. Collaborate with inspection teams to gather and review documentation requirements and deliverables.

5. Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and compliance requirements.

6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

7. Review and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.

8. Assist with data entry and management of databases as needed.

+. Provide support to other departments with documentation-related tasks as required.

10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in documentation and graphic design.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, communications, or a related area.

2. Proven experience working with graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

3. Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Familiarity with documentation standards and best practices.

+. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,336.31 - ₹20,+70.12 per month
