Make design decisions independently while being responsible and accountable for the quality of work

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to prepare orders for production using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Lightburn. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a keen eye for detail. While experience with Lightburn laser cutting software is a plus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

This role will also involve direct communication with customers to gather logo files, provide proof mock ups for approval, and ensure a seamless design process. The designer will be in regular communication with production personnel to address any questions related to the design, ensuring that production runs smoothly and adheres to our organized workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and prepare files for laser and CNC cutting using software’s such as Adobe Illustrator, Lightburn and Aspire.
• Communicate with customers via email and messaging to request logo files and provide design proofs for final approval.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet technical specifications.

Qualifications:
