Job description
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to craft visually engaging content for digital and print platforms. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create impactful visuals and videos that align with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop brand-specific graphics and maintain consistency across all design elements.
• Work with the marketing team to create visuals that effectively communicate brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring color accuracy and high-quality output.
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw video footage to create polished final products for various digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, and corporate presentations.
• Collaborate with content creators to conceptualize and produce video content that aligns with the overall creative vision.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, sound effects, and music to enhance the videos.
• Ensure videos meet technical specifications and optimize them for web and mobile viewing.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new concepts for graphic and video content.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make revisions as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate progress and challenges with relevant team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized files and assets for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of video production, from pre-production to post-production.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with 3D design or animation.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or website design tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
