Job Description:

Ekspe Software Services LLP is seeking a creative and talented Creative Designer to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate ideas across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for websites, marketing materials, and social media.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and design strategies.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Prepare files for digital and print production. Ensure design consistency across all platforms while maintaining brand identity.
Edit and optimize images, graphics, and videos for web and print.
Create motion graphics and animations for digital content.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh and innovative.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into design concepts.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Canva, Figma or other designing tools
Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout).
Edit and optimize images, graphics, and videos for web and print.
Attention to detail with a strong creative mindset.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A portfolio showcasing design projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut etc.
Familiarity with front-end design (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
