Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic and Web Designer to join our shipping company in Cochin. As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be responsible for working on various live projects primarily based on WordPress, catering to both our internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in designing WordPress pages and posts using front-end page builders, creating engaging graphics for websites and social media, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Work on live projects based mainly on WordPress for both internal and external customers.
• Design WordPress pages and posts using front-end page builders, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
• Create high-quality graphics for websites and social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to implement and test plugins on test/customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
• Handle tickets and emails from clients, providing prompt responses and effectively resolving their issues.
• Migrate, maintain, and transfer websites from one host to another, working with web panels to ensure seamless transitions.
• Maintain existing websites, update documentation, and manage internet marketing activities to drive online visibility.
• Conduct thorough testing of existing projects, plugins, and themes to identify and rectify any functional or compatibility issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred).
• Basic understanding of creative tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in designing simple logos and graphics.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing would be preferred.
• Familiarity with designing compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
• Experience in designing online e-commerce websites, utilizing industry best practices and user experience principles.
