The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is creative, enthusiastic, and skilled. Joining our dynamic Digital team, you will leverage your passion for design and creativity. As part of our fast-growing company, you will undertake creatively demanding projects from the outset, working closely with our Digital Marketing and Website Development teams. Your acute design sense will play a pivotal role in driving digital design initiatives, producing compelling assets, and crafting content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities
• Masterfully create digital graphics and visual materials that enhance our brand presence.
• Produce excellent user interface designs for webpages for mobile and desktop.
• Lead the design and production of digital assets for all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate captivating content for newsletters, adverts, and websites.
• Ensure the coherent communication and execution of designs in partnership with the development team.
• Customise and refine visuals for social and digital media, including image editing.
• Develop and uphold a consistent, innovative visual style for brand alignment.
• Efficiently handle project timelines and prioritise tasks effectively.

Your Skills
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, particularly within a similar role.
• Proficiency in design principles, including typography and colour theory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital designs across various channels.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and Figma.
• Creativity and innovation with the ability to develop design solutions independently.
• Experience in animation and video production is advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
