Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Web and Graphic Designer based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, to join our team. As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually captivating websites and creating engaging graphic designs that effectively communicate our clients' brands. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of your designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing both web and graphic design expertise, along with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design requirements, brand objectives, and target audience.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website and graphic design concepts, incorporating client feedback and preferences.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that are responsive and optimized for optimal user experience across multiple devices.
• Create engaging graphic designs, including logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral, aligning them with clients' brand identity.
• Apply creative and innovative design techniques to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and user engagement of websites and graphics.
• Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery that effectively convey the intended message and evoke desired emotions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and current design trends.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently, providing necessary design assets and specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure design integrity and functionality across different browsers and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest web and graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies, and proactively propose innovative ideas to improve design processes and outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven work experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of web and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills, including a strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create compelling graphic designs that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate client requirements into creative and functional designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, project managers, and developers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Current residency in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
