We are looking for a reliable and hardworking helper to join our team and assist with daily store operations. Job Responsibilities: Assist customers in locating and selecting products. Help restock shelves and maintain inventory by ensuring products are neatly arranged and properly labeled. Organize stock in storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent product wastage. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring products are stored safely. Support cashiers by carrying out basic tasks like bagging groceries and maintaining cleanliness at checkout counters. Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring aisles are clear. Ensure all grocery items are stored in the correct sections (e.g., dairy, dry goods, vegetables). Handle minor customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues to senior staff or store manager. Assist in product display setups and promotional setups in the store. Help in carrying out basic administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking and stock replenishment. Qualifications: No formal education required, but must be literate and comfortable with basic math. Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy bags or boxes. Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
