Compensation:

Pay: $35 per hour.
Position Type: Part-time, with potential for transition to full-time based on performance and operational needs.
Eagles Care is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Group Home Program Supervisor to lead the setup and licensing of a new group home. This is an exciting part-time opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and youth, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in group home operations and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the establishment of a new group home, including all operational and procedural setups.
Lead the licensing process for the group home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Oversee licensing renewal processes to maintain operational integrity and legal compliance.
Manage child/youth placement processes to support operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, community partners, and governing bodies to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to create a nurturing and compliant group home environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Group Home Program Supervisor.
Educational and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child and Youth Care, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
Crisis intervention training (e.g. CPI, TCI, NVCI etc.)
Demonstrated ability to lead and complete the licensing process for a group home.
Driver's license and updated auto insurance
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative in challenging situations.
Proven experience managing child/youth placement processes.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
