As a high-performing Group Sales Manager , you will assist us in meeting our group revenue growth targets by working directly with clients to plan group cruises that will range from 16 to 600 passengers and you will also manage our group space inventory
You will eventually build a team of agents to grow our group cruise business
Work with potential or existing group clients via inbound and outbound calls and chats
Answer questions about group offerings or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales goals and facilitate future sales
Provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and exceeding customers’ expectations
Manage our company’s speculative group space
