Grow Your Staff is looking for a Sales and Training Associate for a custom apparel company from New York, USA. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in New York.

Experience required: 2-4 years

CTC: INR 4-6 LPA + Night Shift Allowance

Location: Remote

Time: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison for Campus Manager Trainees, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout their training journey.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the seamless execution of training programs and related initiatives.
• Guide trainees in developing entrepreneurial skills and establishing successful business models on their campuses.
• Conduct training sessions focused on equipping trainees with the knowledge and strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
• Brainstorm and collaborate on innovative ideas to empower trainees and contribute to the success of Campus Managers.
• Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and current Campus Managers to enhance training programs and overall support systems.
• Monitor trainee progress, providing actionable feedback and tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Work closely with the Sales and Training team to align programs with organizational objectives and improve the Campus Manager experience.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a related field
• Proven expertise in crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches, with at least 1 year of hands-on sales experience
• Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and strategy development
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
