Job Description
AbhiBus is looking for a creative, analytical, and intuitive person with a strong understanding of driving new user acquisition, existing user engagement, old user retention and churn reduction using Martech platforms.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Analyse and optimise all growth channels including Email Marketing, Content Marketing Referral marketing, SMS & WhatsApp marketing.
• Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting, and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages.
• Increase new user transaction rate across all platforms
• Engage existing users to improve LTV
• Reduce uninstall rate by understanding such cohort needs & improving app engagement
• Improve referral marketing by implementing growth ideas
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote all the campaigns across Emails, Push Notifications, SMS and WhatsApp channels
• Support digital marketing team to improve conversion rates
• Measure & report metrics from respective growth channels
• Try out new and emerging marketing opportunities, platforms, and acquiring users for zero or as close to zero as possible marketing spends.
• When stuff works, transitioning it to traditional online marketeers to scale.
• Culling out stuff that isn’t working.
Must Have:
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in campaign management using emails, push notifications, SMS & WhatsApp channels
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Netcore, Gupshup, Amazon SES etc
• Obsession with measurement and analytics. Prior experience with A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, etc. is a big plus.
• Know the basics of digital marketing & HTML
Qualifications
• B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 college. MBA is a plus.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in driving growth and engagement for the internet and mobile products.
• Prior experience in startups and in launching and growing internet and mobile products from zero to millions of users is a big plus
