Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units

Develop audience segmentation, determine growth narratives at personalized level and identify product funnel stage
Partner with product teams to identify growth opportunities and enable product optimizations
Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel
Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives
