It is part of a 43-acre complex that includes the Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Dandi Kutir museum.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Manager (Lady candidate) at The Leela Gandhinagar. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, training staff on guest experience standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience at the hotel.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Training abilities
• Experience in enhancing Guest Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
