Guest Relation Executive|SPA

As a Guest Relations Executive at our spa, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. Your role will involve welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and providing information about our services, all while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, making them feel comfortable and valued. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Service Coordination & Promotion: Assist guests in selecting services based on their needs and preferences; explain treatments and packages clearly.Actively promote spa services, packages, and retail products to existing and potential clients.
• Sales Support: Promote spa services and products, upselling when appropriate, and meeting sales targets.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics through effective strategies and relationship building.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients after services to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, special offers, and events to drive sales.
• Training and Development: Stay informed about new treatments, products, and industry trends; provide training to staff on effective selling techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
