Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly indivudal to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk and guest service operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly through effective communication.
Utilize phone systems to handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests.
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Assist in resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.

CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM AS NEEDED HOWEVER PRIMARY SHIFT WILL BE 3PM-11PM AND WEEKENDS.

CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN NORTH BAY

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
