Permanent Place Palm Beach, Florida, USA MISSIONS Position Profile: With creativity, personal commitment and an emotional sense of true hospitality, make the most positive impact on guest experiences in the Front Office through consistent application of Oetker Collection's core practices. With high integrity, ensure that guests experience the highest quality 5 diamond/5 star standards Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently Process all payments according to established hotel requirements Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Demonstrate creativity, personal commitment to service excellence and an emotional sense of gracious hospitality.

Exceed service expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with genuine care to attention, detail and efficiency. Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, genuine kindness and a family spirit. Maintain positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and luxury hospitality standards.

Undertake other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required. Communication - Excellent communication and social skills, 100% fluency in English with impeccable standards of hygiene and grooming. Problem solving -Adept at juggling multiple needs, calmly, respectfully, creatively and successfully resolve problems, as required. Technology proficiency- Operates and maintains all departmental equipment, fully competent with Front Office systems.

Education & Experience: Previous Front Office knowledge and training is an asset. Minimum 1 year previous work experience in a similar capacity. Required to work weekends, and/or holidays.
